SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

For European customers, there are two shipping options:

 

  • Standard shipping without tracking number, we will not be responsible in case of loss or theft
  • Shipping with tracking number, we have a tracking code and will respond for damages and thefts. We will be able to put claims at the post office after 30 days and give a following up with the parcel as soon as we get the info. If we are refunded, we will immediately refund you.

 

For non-European customers shipping with tracking number, we have tracking code and will respond for damages and thefts.
